No surge mods? Hallow Fire Heart? You have no healing fragments. You have ignition and scorch fragments when you can’t even apply scorch consistently. Nothing for sustain. No siphon mods for generating orbs or armor charges. You don’t even have recuperation in your boots at the very least. You don’t have a build my guy. Edit: You have Parasite. Parasite will literally delete every barrier and overload champion in the game outside of GM in a single hit at x20. Why the hell are you using Monte Carlo
