Somebody point out if I’m wrong or just am ignorant of the lore here.
Is Lord Shaxx a Halo Spartan? I’ve heard that in Halo, because of forerunner tech a time jump is possible, and Lord Shaxx is canonically like 7-8 feet tall and huge. Theory: Shaxx was a Spartan from the distant future of Destiny, in which the events of humanity have lead to Halo. Spartan Shaxx and other UNSC technicians were experimenting with forerunner tech when they were time jumped. The technicians didn’t survive the jump, but Spartan Shaxx survived due to his superhuman abilities and survival capabilities and was dropped into the Golden Age and died during the Collapse. He was revived by his Ghost sometime during the Dark Ages and donned the name Shaxx, and so forth in lore.
It would all make sense because he has an uncanny aptitude for combat, is huge even by Titan standards, and has super human capabilities that surpass a normal Titan, which would explain him being so powerful. He also had experience Halo’s PvP which made Crucible very easy to formulate.

I’m just saying y’all, it’s totally plausible. I mean look at the lore for the Forerunner sidearm.

I remember us all thinking it was connected with this easter egg back in D1 https://youtu.be/ABo8-MFlwmw?si=H4HitTT-WJi4B4GJ Credit to moreconsole on youtube.

The halo universe is a paraverse to the Destiny universe. This was pointed out during the 30th event. I still theorize that the vex was a forerunner creation that was meant to battle the flood and the gravemind was so overwhelmed that it had to open a portal to a different universe and send them through.

1 ReplyEdited by Accola: 9/6/2023 7:44:00 AMNone of this makes any sense at all. Destiny 1 took place about 700 years in the future from 2014, 2714. Halo Reach takes place in 2552 and Spartans were around before that. So no, there's zero connection between destiny and halo canonically. Not to mention Bungie cannot write the game as something connected to halo because they don't own the IP anymore, that's straight up illegal.
