I was one of the people who couldn’t make it for the 48 hour contest mode and I’m very appreciative that necrochasm isn’t rng based but there is two issues I want to adress with the quest.
Firstly, husk of the pit and eidolon ally have no fire sounds, and secondly, I feel that 20 essence of the oversoul is a bit excessive. A full run of the raid plus a challenge only got me and my friends 3 which means it will take a long time to actually get the exotic.
Might I suggest keeping the catalyst requirement at 35 essence as an aspirational challenge but lower the quest requirement for the actual exotic to 10? It would be a lot easier, especially for folks that are not average raiders.
