Lucky Raspberry ruined
Yes yes, bungie added the ability to stun champions.. but hey. When I use it I'm running arc and I have stuff there to make my grenades jolt. Jolt stuns champions anyways.
I used to regularly get a full grenade back, now I'm lucky if I get half a grenade back.. tis poo bungie.. poo 💩

1 ReplyYep, back in the vault it went. Tried to keep using it but it’s useless now. I know arcbolts aren’t the best grenade choice, pulse and skips do better damage I guess, but getting arcbolts back to back to back most times was just too much fun. So disappointed (again) with Bungie, changing something that didn’t need changed. Now it’s not Lucky at all Just a Raspberry

I agree, it annoys me so much that they constantly do these tweaks that add a nerf to the exotics true worthwhile usage

I did not like this exotic and Shinobu’s Vow was infinitely better. Is it still better? Depends. Spark of Shock doesn’t instantly stun the champion, you still have to hit it afterwards. LR now instantly stuns it before jolting, which has saved me numerous times where without I would’ve died. Plus running an auto rifle will give you the grenade back in 5-7 seconds rather than waiting forever because you didn’t get the full chain. SMGs and semi-autos work too but they’re slightly slower. With an auto rifle with decent fire rate I get my Arcbolt grenade back just before the champion unstuns if you’re quick on the damage. Now it takes 5-7 seconds average so it’s maybe worse for ad clear without full chain but it’s more consistent and a more solid way to permanently jolt an enemy. This isn’t including bomber mods or other energy generating fragments and mods. Works great in Legend Lost Sectors. Give it a chance and re-learn it beyond just spamming it at a cluster of enemies, spec slightly more in Traces and it’s better overall.
