Husk of the Pit doesn't progress!
The bonus progress for hive kills on the moon does not give any progress instead of bonus. The hive in Grasp of Avarice does count so I think the moon hive progress is bugged.

I just completed the first step on Altars of Sorrow. red bar or not. so you should try that location.

1 Replythey disabled bounty progress till reset cause a lot of people are still doing raids. The only thing that does progress bounty is anything above red bar.
