Why doesn’t show my characters on Xbox and my licenses for Xbox?

Edited by EckyThump: 9/1/2023 10:45:53 PMHey there. You've got Cross-save set up with your PSN characters as active. So when you log in on PS or on XBox, you should see the PSN characters. Whatever characters you may have on XBox, are dormant and inaccessible. Or are you saying you are logging into XBox and not seeing the PSN characters? When you are at the character select/creation screen, what is the account name listed there? Is it 'Cmac0212#7695' or something else?
