Mask of Bakris changes?
Maybe make the weapon damage buff it gives more in line with the new icefall or burning steps. The cooldown to class ability energy could also be looked at. Both those changes would help the exotic flow better in PVE and help revenant have more options.

Should also be able to use on Arc subclass since it buffs Stasis and Arc.

a very good change if it happens of course, the current damage buff bakris provide is bad since it only lasts 10s or so and cant be refreshed with the long cooldown makes bakris a mid option for stasis PvE if not PvE in general.
