Public Events should be buffed to drop guaranteed world drop weapons. 1 drop for normal, 2 for heroic. To prevent over-diluting the loot pool, they can split up weapon sets across destinations. Like Suros Weapons on the Throne World, Field Tested weapons in the EDZ etc... A lot of the world drop weapons are total bangers, but can seem impossible to get. Guaranteeing them to drop from public events is much more lucrative than a little more glimmer could ever be.
