I don’t get it. People have been asking for years for this setting (myself countless times) on controller. I’ve been checking at the start of every season and expansion for years. The game desperately needs it. You can’t aim precisely and have just rely on the aim assist because the inner and axial deadzone values are too large. Almost every big shooter has had the setting for years; CoD, Battlefield, Apex Legends, Fortnite, Halo, Remnant 2, Overwatch (has no deadzones), etc. Even single player games like RDR2 and CP2077 have it. I know Bungie only prioritizes what can be monetized, but the controller settings in D2 are just too bare and pale compared to other big-budget games. I honestly think D2 would attract more of the serious shooter crowd if the game felt better on controller. It’s lagging way behind other games. I wish D2 creators would say something but they all understandably play on mnk.

1 ReplyDestiny is also arguably the best feeling shooter on the planet. I complain about every terrible thing is this game. Man, do I complain. But I'm always honest about what I like and don't like. I hated the last six months and most of the year of Witch Queen (aside from the campaign). I really, really like this season and the changes they've made. However, never once have I said the guns didn't feel good on controller. On the contrary, they feel great. If you don't like something as basic as the gunplay in this game, just go play COD or whatever.
