Final Shape Pre-Order code for collectors edition never arrived
I pre-ordered the Xbox version of the collectors edition from the Bungie Store immediately after the showcase on Tuesday morning. I got the confirmation email and then shortly after did get the random emblem code for Space Witch, but still don't have the code to add the collectors edition stuff (the game, the new exotic, etc.) to my account.
Why is this taking so long? It's been nearly 48 hours.

I ordered mine September 25 and I received the key for the emblem but I haven’t gotten the key for annual pass for final shape.I have emailed bungie 4 times since then and i haven’t received anything back from them yet, I’m getting frustrated.

Update: I finally did get the code sent at about the 55 hour mark. It shows I own The Final Shape, so for those wondering, yes, you do get the pre-order bonus and the DLC added to your account way before launch day and before the collectable box gets to you next year.
