Icefall Mantle has been bugged since Hotfix 6.2.0.2 on September 1st, 2022 when it got re-enabled after being disabled due to it's broken interaction with the dash ability added with arc 3.0. Upon being re-enabled, when you spawn into PvP and gambit while wearing Icefall Mantle, you spawn with no class ability energy. If you die and respawn or switch rounds in any round based mode, you'll also lose all charge you have gained up to that point. The same issue was occurring in PvE also but was eventually patched and corrected to not do so. However, the same issue persists on PvP and also gambit. I have added a video showing the glitch in question. One huge problem with this new season though is towering barrier cooldowns have been extended which Icefall Mantle overwrites any cooldown to match towering. So you have to wait 42 seconds at tier 10 resilience to get your ability back. If you die within that time, you start back over. So most of the time in PvP you won't even get to use it more than a couple times a game. If anyone could respond about this that would be amazing as it was my favorite exotic to use in PvP and since September 2022 it has been near unusable and has somehow gotten worse now.
