Is vorpal applicable to champions?

Yes, when you shoot them it procs Vorpal

Barrier and overload champions are majors. Unstoppables are bosses.

Vorpal will work against any enemy that has a yellow health bar, which includes Champions. For the purposes of mods, they're considered Majors, though.

They are also considered majors so don’t run boss spec run major spec and not sure about vorpal, shoot ‘em with a vorpal weapon and see if it procs on the side.
