locked goodies behind pvp
Why do I have to play PVP to get some of the cool looking Ships and Weapons. I am a PVE player and Hate PVP. I know not everyone loves PVP like some people do.

I won't lie, there's a few weapons and ships from Trials that I REALLY want but require I make it to the Lighthouse, which is as likely to happen as me inventing time-travel. But there's over 100 ships to be had, and the number of weapons (plenty of which are comparable to the ones you get from PvP) is beyond what I could even guess at. Long story short, I wouldn't stress over them; plenty of good stuff waiting for you on the PvE side of things.

Why don't you go get the amazing PVE rewards first before complaining about PVP rewards for pvp players? go get the raid rewards, dungeon rewards...There are ships and sparrows for raids etc...

PvP needs rewards to chase as well. If you want everything then you better put in the work.

I used to neglect PvP because it’s not as enjoyable for me, but there are so many great PvE weapons as rewards. Eventually I started playing more and having more fun especially with faster game modes like Team Scorched and Mayhem. I started farming more PvE for great PvP weapons and doing harder PvE and so on, it’s a pretty addicting cycle. Even began playing Trials for the first time a few seasons ago. Now Crucible is usually my most reset vendor or where I get the ritual weapon from first. Sure, I suffer through it and don’t win often but thankfully you don’t need to win very much for engrams and rank up rewards, which are usually extremely great for PvE. Usually it takes a lot of practice and having a good load out to start winning, even if you have to chase the current meta to get those rewards. Have fun with it, just have a good laugh the next time you explode or your character gets flipped around at light speed from graviton lance, it is a game after all!
