I think weapon levels should be on all weapons ( crafted or not ) like if I have a none crafted ikelos smg It would have a levelling system so when I have a crafted one it’s already levelled up instead of having to then farm kills for a weapon that I’ve already used ( like how in call of duty you can use a weapon off the ground and kills with it would level it up and once I unlock the weapon I already have attachments for it but in destiny’s case it would be perks )

1 Replynot to compare games but I like the Warframe upgrade/mod system If I want my weaon to do more crit damage I can mod for it If I want more status effects I can mod for it Same for damage types - toxin, cold, heat, blast, radiation, magnetic, etc... - mod accordingly

5 RepliesI hate getting a god roll and then I'm supposed to break it down and craft one that isn't as good and costs a ton of resources. I don't like crafting in games. It's just another way to keep players grinding.

3 RepliesWe had this is destiny 1. Please no. Are you willing to spend 1-2 days trying to level a gun before you can actually use it's perks? If I get a weapon to drop, I want to use and test it today.

1 ReplyThat doesn't seem like it would hurt. It could probably be done in a way where people end up using some of the weapons more overall as well. I'm pretty sure that last year there were at least a couple non- craftable versions of weapons that definitely made having to switch to random red borders just feel kind of lame sometimes. Other times it was cool though because there were perks and things that I may not have tried. So there would be some trade offs but nobody really likes having to use something underpowered when they'd rather use something else.
