No Distractions perk buff
At the moment, it's okay, but I feel like it could be better.
I'm thinking, in addition to its 35% reduction in flinch, it should also add +5 aim assist and 10% to accuracy.
These 2 small changes would definitely improve it without making it OP and would increase your odds of landing a shot while being flinched.

Hard disagree. A 35% flinch reduction is INSANE. 35 percent doesn’t sound like a lot in the grand scheme of things, but that’s on top of your flinch mods AND your stability. 9/10 times you’re getting at the very least a 50% reduction in flinch.No distractions can stay right where it is.
