Recent titan nerfs
Jusy delete titan if all your going to do is nerf them into the ground . When ppl start to enjoy them . Titans can't have anything good part form arc punching. I get you want "balance " but how is is balanced if you make the titan useless and a joke when it comes to most things . Like they ment to be the tanks or the wall as its called . When that's not how it is hunter and warlocks can take more damage and deal more dps then titans . Like travelers sake if you want titans to be the tank punch type them do that and not nerf them when you make them like that with arc . This form a titan player since d1 beta and I prefer solar btw

4 RepliesAnyone who thought titans didn’t need nerfed are tools. Striker Titian is one of the most busted classes ever in destiny with 3.0. I’m surprised it took them this long. No more team wiping with knockout. Should have never gotten to this point in the first place.

5 RepliesIf it’s pve whatever, but Titan has been the most broken subclass since S10, having of course it’s ups n downs. Nothings consistent but when ppl whine about titans being “nerfed to the ground” I have to take a minute to compose myself when listening to that amount of idiocy.

I did just that. Deleted my Titan and hunter and all their gear. I’m so over this crap. Left warlock just in case pigs fall from the sky

The worst thing to me is they keep nerfing knockout, which is not as powerful as people think since you pretty much NEED an exotic or allies firing into the crowd you're in to one-shot anyone and ALOT of luck. They've also buffed Combination Blow through the roof which is basically the same thing but better + Explosions, but they do nothing about that. (If I wanted to make a better comparison OP wise, Threaded Specter, which at least requires an Exotic, would've been it, but I'm talking Arc & Melee here) On top of that, Lightning Surge for Warlock, which doesn't require an Exotic to be busted, is literally the most broken melee in the history of the game, slide into 2+ people = everyone dies, literally an easier and more consistent pocket super than the old pocket nova bomb from back in the day, and Bungie hasn't nerfed that but KNOCKOUT is the problem... HOW? I'm a PvE main so most of my complaints are that I miss old Knockout there, mainly the refresh on targets with low health/kills, why they didn't just use the ol "Still does x on minion of darkness" is beyond me. And as a Titan main, even though this nerf doesn't even affect me, the feeling of being hated by Bungie because I picked their least favorite as mine is real, I'm getting so sick of the nerfs, some were deserved because Bungie tuned things to high, but a lot feel like a waste like this one, still takes 2 melee hits with or without this nerf unless you have help, but now it's even less consistent.

1 ReplyNext up, warlocks. Even though they were treated like this last year. This is what Bungie does. They nerf things in a cycle over and over. Once something gets nerfed, the other thing is too strong in comparison, so they nerf that for "balance", then the previous thing is too strong in comparison, and so on... this has been the formula since Forsaken. We've been getting nerfed ever since.

First off Solar titan was only titan, rip in crucible (Ty 3.0 subclasses) I agree very much so, I do find it amusing you unironically used “Traveler’s sake” in this post. They made a mistake with this, just like what they did to stompees

2 RepliesI called this as soon as they announced trials was going zone control trials. They had thus planned all along. It has literally been an endless barrage of nerfs against titans for like the last 18 months! I hope Starfield is good and I will run from this utter dumpster fire of a game made by a company that actively hates sections of its community!

The funny thing is that its not because the other subclasses are bad, its because arc titan is just plain better than anything else in the class. Back when I had my titan I would love using my void titan and my solar titan but I always knew the arc titans were straight up better in every way. Its about time they got nerfed. Maybe now bungie will have a reason to buff the other titan subclasses or exotics.

Arc titan was certainly strong and needed some kind of nerf, but everything else is just not that good (most people do not realise this). Arc is basically the only option for pvp because all other elements are severely lacking in neutral game (void is only played because of bubble, which has been nerfed already). I'd still love to see buffs to solar, strand and stasis titan to make them somewhat viable again. A buff to sunspots would go a long way.

5 RepliesWhat I find funny is how things are balanced based on trials. The “end game pvp”. When pvp isn’t even focused on much. Imagine you making a pve shooter with pvp elements. Balance everything around pvp, but leave pvp in the worst state year after year 🤣🤣

5 RepliesThose "buffs" to the titans exotics are a joke. Buffing 2 exotics by copy and pasting the other exotic NOBODY uses anymore because it sucks...is so stupid and lazy. I mean wtf was that hallow fire heart change? We don't want MORE sunspots and taking awa the ability regen that MAKES the sunspots more consistently is just such a stupid idea. I couldn't care less about the nerfs, because the buffs were nothing anybody cares about. I'm not using icefall mantle just because you throw a crappy stasis weapon buf effect on it. It's trash and not buffing the unique aspect of it is so unbelievably sad.

3 RepliesI plan on quitting after Lightfall is complete, since I paid for it. But man am I glad to see Titans eat sh*t once again. It goes to show that you give Titans a couple buffs overall and they just start abusing it. When will they learn that they do it to themselves? To the point where Antaeus is meta now. Antaeus. Think about that for a sec. A exotic that got “nerfed to the ground” and was useless, according to Titan mains, yet somehow here we are years later having to deal with Titans cleaning a entire lobby in Comp/Trials without firing a single primary. Their copium is truly something else. Watch them all go back to One Eyed Mask after the zoom changes since PK + Immortal won’t be as annoying as before. But who am I kidding, maybe it will.
