Guardian Rank 11 Endgame Category Not Retroactive
I completed and earned Rank 11 last season, as seen in this first screen shot https://imgur.com/Vra77sY. However when renewing Rank 11 this season, the Endgame category is not completed, despite it not being one of the Blue, "must complete each season" challenges.

I thought these were fixed to be retroactive?

Its intentional. Each season it alternates which of those triumphs need to be redone - so this season because there was a new dungeon the solo and master dungeon triumphs have to be redone - next season you will keep progress on those 2 triumphs but have to redo the master raid triumph.
