Why is this even a thing. I'm tired of having to wait 6 weeks for a weekly rotation to farm armor and weapons and possibly earn the seal. 2-3 times per season is not enough.
-
2 RepliesSo if I played vault of glass during a week it wasn’t featured I wouldn’t get any drops??
-
old raids yeah, current raid no reason to do it
-
:D would you pay $20 for a raid faming pass.... per raid?
many people would unfortunately
-
1 ReplyJust stop playing the game

Can't have the hamsters getting what they want in a timely manner! No no no! Can't have that at all clearly, otherwise who is going to run on their wheels?? Give it up.
-
The likelihood of you changing Bungie's mind about this is slim to none coz it's all part of a tactic to artificially maintain player engagement
-
2 RepliesNope. Having them weekly creates a larger player pool for that raid or Dungeon.

Edited by Ogma: Destroyer of Worlds: 8/8/2023 9:10:47 PMI still don’t get why dungeons are being neglected in not being updated like raids. They desperately need some love. Update the older dungeons and give all dungeons focusing and/or crafting just like raids. Since focusing and crafting are optional as a path towards a desired weapon roll, there are no reasons that benefit the players to exclude them from these updated reward mechanics. I realize that the first two dungeons don’t even have their own loot but they could just update the DC and Moon weapons and make the Moon weapons drop in Pit. It doesn’t even take anything new to make older content more appealing and give people more to do. All they have to do is consistently update the game in this way instead of selectively doing so.

I just want master to always be available on every raid/dungeon, farm being tied to weekly rotator is fine.

Boss Checkpoint: The Game (2023)

9 Repliesactivity with craftable weapons SHOULD NOT have infinite farm

34 RepliesEdited by Shark: 8/7/2023 6:57:29 AMThis system is fine. Yah get a big volume of players doing a certain raid or dungeon for that week. If everything was farmable, the player base would get divided to the point where less popular raids (garden of salvation) would never see the light of day again.
-
6 RepliesIf every raid was always farmable this would create 2 potential problems: -nobody would ever want to do the full raid because they Could just farm -Everyone would farm and unlock everything fast, then complain there’s nothing to do in the game
-
Yeah I don’t get why raids aren’t farmable
-
Not farmable, but master version should always be available.
-
It's all about artificially increasing your playtime. If there were no lockouts, Destiny would have an average of 5 people playing.
-
4 RepliesPeople are so impatient. They want everything right now only to complain next week about having nothing to do. Red borders can drop on any week.
-
I think it comes down lm to the Player count being to low for that.
-
but then we could farm in the looter shooter for what we want so we can enjoy the game
-
2 RepliesThis is easy... If you have a kid.. create them an account.. get them to the min required.. then solo to what section you want.. have them join.. they now have the CP.. then have them leave... Then run each encounter 3 times while having kid creating the CPs.. Use this strat on the weekly Dungeons to infinite farm.. Works wonders.
-
Old raids. People have moved on. If you are trying to farm red borders, even worse. Just do boss checkpoints and cash in the frame you want for spoils.
-
Bungie, listen to this person.

And people believed Bungie when they said they would ease up off the FOMO.
