A Destiny 2 character is required to create a fireteam. Create a character in game or sign into an account with a character.
I cant make or join fireteams, help. Doesnt work on app or browser, have tried deleting cache, signing out and signing back in

Sign into Bungie.net as your Steam -> settings -> account linking -> unlink your Xbox account.
