I actually managed to fix it somehow. I had done all Kindling on Warlock, abandoned quest on Hunter, didn't pick it up on Titan. Was stuck on Hunter only. I reacquired quest on Hunter, still persisted. Upon reacquiring new Sunlit armor (just buy from Eva) and imbuing it with Ash, Eva will then offer you leaves, and "the quest". Upon picking up this new quest, it seemingly works fine now, no more banner. "The quest" [i]I think[/i] is the version without Kindling, as it has fewer steps. Seems to replace the one causing the bug. It's just adding Ash on an armor piece seems to be the requirement for getting the new version. I'm just leaving it stuck on Acquire Silver Leaves step.

Did you get rid of the Solstice quest when this bug started? I tried deleting the quest when the "Adding Kindling" popup wouldn't go away last week. I just reacquired the quest from the terminal, and it's fixed for me!

Ikr , its been weeks why is it so hard to get rid of it
