My Witherhoard catalyst was removed from the weapon. its not in collection and i had a weapon ornament on it it returned to normal shape without the catalyst I've done the catalyst quest 6 months ago or so when i checked my quests i found it in the last step where i have to kill 100 guardians makes no sense.
