No they dont? they look similar but definitely not exactly alike
Look at the boots, the upper inner arm, the waist, the left and right side of the helmet around the cheek area. grand luster also has brighter whites than regal

Ahh, I see the differences now on my warlock. I guess you're right. some sets don't reflect the changes well.
