Icefall Mantle Utility kickstart (bug?)
When casting icefall mantle with Utility Kickstart on, it refunds energy on the first cast, that will be filled anyway, not on the second cast or when the shield breaks / fades
only when picking armor charges while the shield is on the mod works properly.

1 ReplyReplaces Barricade with Glacial Guard. Overwrites Cooldown to Rally Barricade. On Glacial Guard Cast: Grants Shielded buff and applies x40 Slow Stacks to Combatants within 7 metres. Shielded lasts 20 seconds and grants a 100 HP Overshield with 62.5% Damage Resist. Shielded prevents sprinting, double jumping, and sliding. Taking damage refreshes the timer. Cannot gain Class Ability Energy while Shielded is active. Activating Class Ability while Shielded is active will remove Shielded.
