Annual Pass not showing after purchase

I purchased Lightfall and the annual pass, and my account did not receive any of the times, or the season pass. The content from the old expansions I purchased has shown, but not the Lightfall content and pass. It shows as installed and use able on Playstation, and I have completely re installed the game, still no access to the content I have paid for.
