Deep Sight Pattern Not Unlocked from Deep Sight Harmonizer

I used my deep sight harmonizer on retraced path, and it ate it and just gave me pattern progress instead. Didn’t unlock it at the crafting table. Did I miss something?

Deepsight harmonizers give +1 pattern progress, they dont fully unlock the pattern
