Solstice armor quest
I found out recently that the armor quest is bugged. If you fully rekindle your armor on another character that doesn't have the quest step in this case, step 9, it doesn't completely the quest step. So in my case I'm currently locked out of completing the solstice quest line.

The quest also locks you if you use fully rekindle it before the quest asks you to... For example, use 2 kindling to to upgrade one armor before the quest prompt you to do that... I am locked out on the quest on my main character, being stuck on step 7 of 10 of the quest "A Glowing Solstice" and on step 6 of 10 on the other two, because there are no more kindly to be used on them, since their armors are already upgrades due to the kindly shared progress! I hope a fix to this comes soon!
