Cross save wont de-activate.
Hello!
As title states, I have tried to change my cross save account on X-box. And I have waited over 90 days as it said I was suppose to. But it still shows my old X-box account as active. Is there an way to solve this? Dont wanna wait 90 days again for it to possible work .-.
Any tips is welcomed. And the reason i need to change X-box account is because the old one I dont have access to anymore.

You will need to either regain access to it through Xbox support or move your other platform accounts to another Bungie profile - this does mean any redeem code emblems, Twitch rewards, Bunge rewards etc will be lost in the process.

Edited by ADragonWithin: 7/18/2023 3:00:35 PMPlease go to your Bungie.net Settings and under Accounts and Linking, you can unlink the old XBL ID and link the correct one. You must be able to authenticate it, though, so you'll need use Microsoft's support to recover it.

You must have access and log in to every linked account. If you cannot do that there is not way to turn off cross save. It cannot be removed by anyone else but you. Was the Xbox account permanently deleted? If it was and Microsoft cannot retrieve it then nothing can be done. It will be stuck that way forever.
