I need opinions on quicksilver storm catalyst
Is it worth getting the catalyst cause it'll be going from kinatic to strand. I know strand makes aspects and fragments useful but kinatic gives me 10% more damage if that is true...
What are your guys thoughts

1 ReplyEdited by Infamous067: 7/16/2023 8:26:44 PMBro just get both versions, you can basically just have both if you really want to. You have to actually apply the catalyst in order to turn it to strand. So just grab 2 of them from the collections and turn one of them into strand.

1 ReplyHonestly I don't think the trade off for strand synergy is completely worth it since bungie buffed kinetic damage, so by converting it to strand you automatically decrease the damage by about 10% in pve unless there is strand burn active.

2 RepliesYes Quicksilver is arguably the best auto in the game so have one for synergizing with strand (Plus for the entire year strand mods will cost 1 unlike kinetic which is 2-3) and one for not doing so is good to have.

1 ReplyYou can have both, get the Cat for the 1st one... then pull a 2nd from collections and then never add the catalyst to the 2nd one.
