Cross save help!
I noticed I had some pre-order gear on my Xbox account and was trying to move it to my pc account.
Me not realizing turning cross-save on would move everything from my Xbox to my pc.
When I tried to turn off cross save I get the following error
"Authentication"
Your Cross Save setup for Steam requires attention:
Cross-Save cannot be unlinked for 83 days because you've purchased Silver on your Steam account recently.
Do I really have to be "banned" for 80 days because of this?!?!?
Please help!

2 RepliesCross-Save does not merge multiple sets of save data together. It quite clearly shows what characters will be available before you finalize enabling it on the summary screen, showing that only those characters will be available. Unfortunately, you'll need to wait out the timer before you can disable Cross-Save. Please note that you are not "banned" from the game; you can still play with the save data you, yourself, set up with Cross-Save while waiting out the timer.

19 RepliesYeah, it’s effing stupid. I had the exact same issue. 57 more days to go! I get why it’s in place, but 90 days is a ridiculous amount of time, and in addition Bungie is just lazy. They need to have an actual support team that will fix stuff like this instead of a crappy forums where people hate on each other and are unhelpful and rude most of the time.

It's working as intended. Nothing can be done that's the rule everyone must abide by. Research these things before doing them.
