Need help to fix my voice chat/ crossplay ( PS4)
I was playing a raid with my buddy and we were lucky to find someone to help us.
They played on PC and used the voice-chat to explain everything. (My buddy heard them)
The problem is I could not hear them.
We checked the PS4 Options, nearly the same,
only my headset is connected with the controller.
Voice-chat options are on and manual.
Any tips?

Go to sound and reset to default hit square see if that works

Sounds like you may have been in a PS party with your friend, and stayed in that party while switching to game chat.. this is sometimes problematic for me as well.. I will exit the PS party completely if cross play chatting in game. Also, check your in game settings to make sure you auto default to entering in game. Hope that helps:).
