I’d say level 50. It’s not like adept mods create that much of an advantage. It also feels like the next level threshold you would want to reach on a crafted weapon. •17 for all perks being available/masterwork •30 for the memento shader •50 for adept mods

28 RepliesThat would be cool, though I would lower the level to something more reasonable such as 20-30. A little something to look forward to after unlocking all enhanced perks, but no further as it would encourage excessive grinding.

Yeah what a great idea. Crafted weapons aren't already better than everything else and power creeping things anyways. Let's make them better!

From a programming standpoint, it would be easier to create Enhanced Mods equivalent to Adept Mods that can be used on a crafted weapon of a high level. Personally, I would like to see level 500 crafted weapon become "Adept", then use the Adept Mods. Although, from a programming standpoint it would be like reaching over your shoulder to scratch your -blam!-.

Adept charge time on that monster wouldn't be ok Oh look austringer has no competition now Adept big ones on basically anything Craftable weapons are already very powerful, and this would entirely invalidate adept raid weapons past looking different. Why grind my adept raid weapon when I could just get the pattern and level it a bit more than I already am to unlock the coveted adept mod slot? THE ONLY REASON this should happen is on raid weapons without the existing adepts so they aren't losing out so hard. But even that is risky territory

2 RepliesThis is insane. With crafted weapons you’re already guaranteed the perfect roll AND enhanced traits, what the f would be the point of adepts if crafted weapons also got adept mods? Plus, there are craftable adept weapons…

1 ReplyNah. Adepts need a reason to exist further. Crafted weapons offer perfection on top of enhanced perks. Adepts rely on rng, but are generally better Stat wise. The Adept mods are also a nice bonus

4 RepliesSure, let's devalue adepts even more. Would I like to add adept mods to my Round Robin, sure. That'd feel great on the gun. However, there would be little to no point in adept weapons at that point. The miniscule stat bump they get for masterworking is negligible. Instead, all adepts should have the crafted option that RoN weapons do.

adept is one of the main incentives to do trials and nightfalls, it should be left to those activities.

I mean probably a lower threshold but yea, adept mods should eventually be added into crafted weapons, especially with the “put the work in to make your ideal weapon” shtick.

Why? They already get stat bumps after 20, which immediately makes them better than non crafted varients. As well as the bonus stats some enhanced perks give.
