Two exotics that are useless why would I want a slow firing scout that ultimately only works on enemies easily killed and why would I wear a shoe on my head that makes you run a trace rifle when one person can run Aeons and voila heavy for the whole team

It’s safer to use and provides a greater benefit. It’s one of the best endgame exotics they’ve released. And if you really want, you can stack it with aeons.

5 RepliesThe mask and Div are what Warlocks should be using in every endgame content alongside the typical well If you disagree then your going to Bungie jail 🚔🚓

Cenotaph is at least A+ tier lmao, def an S tier support exotic.
-
Knowledge issue, obviously.
-
I want to say “LOOK WHO DOESNT HAVE DIV” I could be wrong giving the benefit of the doubt that helmet is goated… and ugly
-
The gun sucks and doesn’t have a place in the current sandbox. It may in the future but it definitely doesn’t now.

A warlock with Cenotaph and a teammate with Aeons is really heavy for everyone. Aeons gives heavy to everyone but themselves so if a warlock using a trace hits them then the Aeons user finishes the kill they both get heavy ...
-
1 ReplyCenotaph is literally aeons except you don’t need to use a finisher. Just mark a champion / other ultra and once your team kills it with anything it drops heavy for them and special to further fuel your trace rifle.
-
Cenotaph is one of the best gm/raid exotics in the game infinite heavy for team and special for the wearer and unlike aeon you don’t need to get close up to finish I haven’t used the scout enough to have an opinion on it

woe b8 be upon ye

I like the scout, not really getting the slow thing but it sounds cool

1 ReplyThis is a fun way of saying you don’t understand anything about this game

I'm glad to see alot out here about that scout to surmise its not worth the chase, but honestly? In Destiny 2 how much is actually worth it? They put us through ungodly ringers to get things that inevitably become subpar or just outright useless, if they didn't start out that way. If the end result is always going to be insane nerfs, then there shouldn't be alot of work attached to it ever. No weeks long gated quests, no timers, no mobs, no insanely strong enemies. It shouldn't even be a challenge at all really. Why chase what will become useless? If its hard to get, it better be damn good, and better stay that way.

Because Ceno works with Div...so you never have to reload Div during those longer damage phases. Plus making heavy ammo while weakening a champion, and being anle to kill it from far away instead of risking a finisher. As for the new scout...yea...it's bad.
-
Except cenotaph creates heavy for them & special for you….which is better than aeons. And it helps reload div, so more uptime with the crit bubble. Win-win in my opinion.

Wicked is pretty mid but Cenotaph is amazing for team play.
