exotic scout rifle mission
The tormentor has way too much health to even be able to kill it with a three man.

It’s worth noting, you can stand in the lanes outside the middle room, and the boss will stand there and let you damage him. Also, don’t use rockets. Tormentors basically only take crit damage,

Stop complaining it’s been solo already Im far from a bungie boot licker, just can’t stand then endless complaining of dumb ppl saying stuff like it’s to hard. And these are the some ppl who have 20 resilience rock double primary and use 3 well warlocks because they can’t stay alive. The game is not hard. And if ppl keep complaining the nxt exotic is gonna be yet again in the season pass. Instead of a mission. If destiny and bungie is teaching me a lesson is that we should be greatful for what we get. The content we are getting is less and less. Bungie is just gonna see these comments and think oke how to monetize this better nxt time. You know what will make the nxt exotic linked to a festival of the lost or solstitis behind the 10 dollar play card event. And the grind will be lengthy but not hard. That’s why i said stop complaining it’s not hard it’s a rpg/mmo learn the meta and compleet

Just done a deep dive and tried to explain how to do this mission and all they done is ignore and leave when they died once. Honestly if you don’t work as a team and use a microphone on this mission then theirs slim or little to no chance of completing it. In other words it’s all on the player

Done with 1 minute 20 seconds left and all people were around 1820

We went in unprepared. A div eyes of tomorrow, and heritages. We finished with 30 seconds left for three damage phases. It’s fully possible. With optimal loadout easy as long as you don’t have any dead weight

Edited by GPrime96: 7/5/2023 2:31:17 AMThe only heavies that worked great for me against that Tormentor is Cataclysmics with Divinity. Tried Rockets, did next to nothing. Machine Guns, did ok - ish, with Cataclysmic and Linears, the first damage phase did a chunk of damage at the first phase. I did noticed a bug when we killed the Tormentor, the UI keep showing us the wrong side to go to get the Scout Rifle.

Got it by the skin of my teeth, but it's doable in a matchmade team. Divinity was what i used, but because of how the boss bounces around Tractor Cannon may be a better shot.
