Seriously, even with buffs, suppression, and stuff this thing is too hard. I went in with people who knew what to do and we still timed out
-
Agree too hard and not in a good way … fake difficulty
-
Don’t mind the timer so much as to when it starts. I don’t think taking down the knight should be the start. I gotten used to being slowed and even chased relentlessly. Timer should start when you drop down. That alone could be an extra couple of minutes. And yes to someone else’s comment. Bungie is slowly sucking the life out of the game. Thunderlord definitely staggers the boss back and kind of holds him in place with a little extra help from a shackle grenade

In the first run I got pummeled. On the second try we beat him with 4 seconds left. If I would run it again, I would definitely beat his a$$ with more time. Loadout is key.
-
I mean I went in with randoms on my second try and we finished it. I was running an omni hunter with Div. I was getting a lot of the revives, but we did it. One was an arc warlock with chaos reach, other hunter had on a PvP loadout. It could have been quicker, and the loadouts could have been better, but we still finished. Zero comms. Each of us knew where to go and what to do and honestly it went better than I expected. With buffs and suppression, it would only make things easier for you. If you went in with people who knew what to do and still timed out, sounds like it's either a you problem, or you all didn't know what to do, or just weren't equipped well enough to get it done.

Or just get good scrub
-
9 RepliesWhy is it that every single one of these "it's too hard" posts is from a guy rocking double legendary primaries on all thier characters? When anyone comes in offering alternative loadout suggestions they get called elitists who are ruining the game for other people and that bungie is railroading players to specific loadout which is "bad game design". It's not like you even need a specific loadout, it's just there for people who are struggling or want consistency.

1 ReplyEdited by I am kevin: 7/6/2023 7:42:53 AMStop complaining it’s been solo already Im far from a bungie boot licker, just can’t stand then endless complaining of dumb ppl saying stuff like it’s to hard. And these are the some ppl who have 20 resilience rock double primary and use 3 well warlocks because they can’t stay alive. The game is not hard. And if ppl keep complaining the nxt exotic is gonna be yet again in the season pass. Instead of a mission. If destiny and bungie is teaching me a lesson is that we should be greatful for what we get. The content we are getting is less and less. Bungie is just gonna see these comments and think oke how to monetize this better nxt time. You know what will make the nxt exotic linked to a festival of the lost or solstitis behind the 10 dollar play card event. And the grind will be lengthy but not hard. That’s why i said stop complaining it’s not hard it’s a rpg/mmo learn the meta and compleet it

timers suck

3 RepliesLol the game is tryhard only mode since LF, might as well stop playing.

Git gud

1 ReplyBeat him in a comfy 2 phase with my party. Bring a well and div. Bonus if you have done RON as those weapons do extra damage to tormentors.
-
Took me 2 tries on lfg, none of us with mics and I barely play these days, with at least a minute left so I’m gonna say it’s not that hard and people are just really bad
-
Major skill issue. Its not hard
Seriously, even with buffs, suppression, and stuff this thing is too hard. I went in with people who knew what to do and we still timed out
Instead of bashing and saying get gud I'll give some advice, that way you don't pull out what's left of your hair🤣 Ok, so during damage phase run to end of corridors, and shoot boss as it runs towards you. Leap over it, clear ads while running to middle of room, turn shoot. When it gets closer run down other corridor Also using Divinity, plus either two machine guns, or linear fusion rifle helps a lot as it has a Crit spot, and the rest of it is a hard spot aka u do a lot less dps
