Hawthorn fishing glitched
So I think I’m SOL for the exotic quest, didn’t get to claim my reward for the first week of the fishing rally (went to hawthorn after finishing all the tiers of the throne world rally and she had nothing for me.) reloaded a few times and even waited to see if she’d fix herself if I finished Nessus and still nothing, so I abandoned the quest to see if getting it from the wall would fix it or at least let me start over and now there is no Fishing rally: throne world quest to claim on any of my characters……

I don't think the fishing rally quests are needed for the exotic. Just the exotic fish from each location cause when you dunk em you get the broken blade item. So I think you're good.
