Error code Chicken/no character on destiny app
i cannot sign in to destiny (chicken error) and my app shows no characters. what is going on?
update 07.02 07:33am CST: still cannot log in/character still not showing in app 😞
update 2: checked my account and it doesn’t show i ever had characters on Destiny 2, just 1. are they gone gone? what happened??
final update? after Bungies emergency maintenance my characters are back in the companion app! i have not had a chance to actually sign in to verify no more chicken but at least my things are back 🤷♀️

My account, characters and game history on my account and this app are gone. I can’t even post on my account as I have not made any in-game progress, because…I can’t log onto the game. This app shows me as a level New Light with nothing in the game. What is up???? Other family members are OK. I play on Xbox only and have no cross save enabled. Didn’t share any account info with anyone. Seems to be a thing affecting others here. Any ideas?

1 ReplySame here. Destiny mobile app says I have no characters and the game keeps giving chicken errors. I've reset my router and modem and cleared the console cache several times. This has been going on for over 12 hours now.

Yep Had that same issue a few days ago. Couldn't play Destiny for a few days. The HELP thing says "Chicken" error codes from character server is on YOUR end, and to reset your whole connection. But we all know that's BS. After I reset everything 10 times and even came back after a reset 4 hours later I gave up and left it. It wasn't until 2 days later that magically my game was working again. 🤔

Now getting Plum errors....Suppose we need to re purchase all the content to fix this one...Bungie get your act together.... How do i fix battle eye issue??? it is your anti cheat crap that does not prevent cheaters...really disappointing maybe the last straw for this camel.

No Character Servers...for me thisis a first...the chicken error recommended fix caused a world of password hurt for me.. steam completely forgot me, requiring a reset I did not have to do...I wish bungie would tweet what is going on in the place they tell us to go and look....
