Bring back bad luck protection.
40 Root of Nightmares, and 18 Ghosts without either exotic is pretty excessive.

Try 100+ runs of any raid and not getting an exotic. Yeah. That's what others are experiencing. I do agree though that bad luck protection needs to be brought back instead of this "Drop chance booster"
