I am trying to refund Lightfall and other expansions bough recently. The last couple of times my friends and I have tried to play we have been unable to due to server issues. As I am over the time limit for Steam's automated refund, I am persuing customer support at Bungie, however, It appears there is no direct line to a CS team member at Bungie. Any info on a refund process, or contacting with support would be appreciated.
