How about lets focus on what truly broken within pvp, stasis warlocks. They shut down entire teams movement and are next to impossible to counter without using your super, and thats still not a guarantee since they can freeze you right then and there on the spot, and just put an end to you and your super. Most complaints only boil down to anteus wards( not specific to any subclass), and juggernaut...which is really only affective if people watch someone run up to them without ever shooting them.
