Lawsuits won, Eververse purchases made. DLC's and seasons purchased by people.....
WHERE IS ALL THIS MONEY GOING? Because it SURE isn't going into the servers!
You have ZERO issues holding us as players to a higher standard, with your ToS and rules.
Where do those standards lie with you? And why so much silence lately on this issue with servers?

1 ReplyIt don't matter where it went for me. They will finish paying out what I bought , the annual pass. Nothing they could do will make me ever buy another expansion or certainly not another game from them. Its a good thing not everyone is like me or they would go out of business when the annual pass is up.

1 ReplyIt’s being invested into other projects, currently bungie has all their eggs in one basket with Destiny, but if they put resources into other games and they become successful then there is a higher chance the company will live on. Some of the biggest server infrastructures still suffer from issues. Twitter and Facebook go out every now and then and Destiny does as well.

1 ReplyPockets I assume. One of the negative aspects Microsoft listed with Bungie is burning through coin. It is the only real explanation. That and they are building two new games that are to release in the next two years so I am sure much is going there. They are done with this game that is the simple truth of it.

Jet Set WillyIt’s all going concording to plan 😂🤣 - old
If it’s the usual way these things work the money will be going into the pockets of those that have more than enough already. -

9 RepliesLaw suit is coming into the picture I see. They are using tactics that other games have used and they got sued for it. If you don't know what I'm talking about then look up live service games using behavioral psychology to keep you paying and playing their game and nothing else. Some of the tactics they are using here are some of the tactics that other gaming companies have used and they got sued for it. So yeah I'm seeing a law suit coming.

4 RepliesCorporations are all about quantity over quality. As long as they can get away with it, they will continue to minimize their output so they can maximize profit. Their GDC talk kind of sums up what kind of quality they put in their games. People will continue to support this behavior though. Bungie, just because you lean heavily into virtue signaling does not make you a great company. Especially when you disrespect your playerbase's time and money.

15 RepliesEdited by Mr E: 6/28/2023 3:40:07 PMi'm sorry but when you leave work on Friday does your boss ask you where you spend your paycheck? And is he/she upset when it's not on a new uniform or tell you that you better go buy some new paint because the back wall of the Wearhouse needs a coat? Edit: to reply to some off the people that commented and to clarify. We the customers / Toots238857 are the ones paying Bungie's salaries. Toots here is basically saying that he/she paid for the product but now wants Bungie to spend the money they earned in form of better service and quality back to his/her purchased product. So, what if your employer told You, where is the money you're earning going, i don't like how you look anymore or your service. Why aren't you spending money on improving yourself so i, your employer am satisfied.

They are spending the money on things that won't fix the -blam!- game like new office chairs and subpar anti ddos protection

Up their noses and on their dicks. Anywhere but this games content (except eververse) Lawsuits won't pay anyway.
