I was soloing the Pit of Heresy for the exotic and accidentally went in the wrong door where you have to discover the path. This is just after the first encounter. The trap then killed me and I got stuck in a respawn loop. My respawn point was exactly in front of the trap so I just died over and over with no way to get out other than to go to Orbit. The checkpoint here puts you at the ogres further down so I had to reset it too and redo the first encounter. This needs to be fixed, the self respawn point should just be at the start of this section as you just get stuck if you are solo.
