Unable to claim Amazon prime loot
The site keeps redirecting me to link my accounts, although my accounts are linked already and listed as such.
I have unlinked and re-linked them to no avail.
This is clearly a web coding issue, or Bungie server link recognition issue and I feel the latter is likely.
This issue just showed up without warning in June and I was able to claim May loot with no issues.

Same issue here, tried unlinking the account, logging in from different browsers. Nothing works :(

I was having the same exact problem since the beginning of the month, but I have solved the problem. I created a new Amazon account with a free trial of Prime and I was able to claim the rewards. I hope this helps.

I am having the same issue here. Like some mentioned before, I have also contacted Amazon Prime Support, to no avail. I can't find any direct way to contact bungie, so this is my last resort tbh...

I as well am unable to claim this bundle. The Partner Rewards tab on the bungie website says Prime Gaming Reward Offer 41 Reward available from Rahool in the Tower. Jun 14, 2023 yet there is nothing there. I've also had a post up for this for 3 days without a response so, :|

1 ReplyChiming in that I'm having the same issue, hopefully we can get some visibility since Amazon tried several times to sort it on their end and have suggested it is a verification issue from Bungie's end.

Same here. I created a forum as well, but still no luck. I've tied it on different computers and web browsers, but sill nothing.

I have the same problem, I contacted amazon and they said it's not related to them. I guess there is nothing we can do. Of course I'm waiting for help if anyone can solve it
