Silver from Survey wasn't received
Hello, an while back, Bungie sent me an email regarding an survey which they said after I did it, I would receive the amount of 1500 silvers in my account, however, I didn't received till now, I even opened an support ticket but nothing, anyone didn't received too?

I believe the Silver has to be manually added, so it's just a case of waiting. It can also take Bungie a while to respond to all the support tickets they get daily, so again it's just a case of waiting. Aware the waiting game is boring and not one you want to do, but that could be your only option. You could also try sending a Tweet to the @Destiny2Team on Twitter. Although I wouldn't expect a reply today or tomorrow because it's the weekend.
