Not sure what happened to my previous attempt at this post. I was reading that hand cannons are getting a 20% pve boost to help them keep up a bit better with the current pve smg meta. I would like to see scouts get this boost as well so that they can at least keep up somewhat with hand cannons. I would just like the extra damage in pve only for folks like me that appreciate marksman weapons. I personally get very tired of just using SMGs and auto rifles for pve. I find these weapons overused and a bit boring after a while, but I feel forced to use them constantly. The reason I got into Destiny is that I liked the hand cannons but I don't really play PVP that much. I almost left completely when many of my favorite weapons were sunset. What brought me back was lever action scout rifles. Maybe we could get some pve only perks as well (illegal in the crucible) for these weapon types?
