Silver Sync Pending & Query Failed

Hi, I recently purchased a season of the deep silver bundle on the Microsoft store for Xbox that included an emote and 1700 silver. After launching the game, I was able to receive the emote but never got the silver, and now, when I hover over my silver balance, I get a Silver Sync Pending error. When I click on it I get an error message stating that the Query Failed. I have filled out a contact form and tried all the troubleshooting to no effect. I got a reply in the contact form telling me to try the troubleshooting steps and a second reply saying that according to the internal records of bungie the purchase may not have been completed, However, I have a confirmation from both Microsoft and my bank saying that the money was taken and paid. Also I received the emote, which proves that I did in fact successfully purchase it. Any help would be appreciated.
