I don't have access to season 20 even though i bought lightfall
So me and a friend want to get the vexcalibur, but we both can't enter the mission because it says we don't have season 20.
We both own lightfall and when i go to 'store > expansions > lightfall' it says that the expansion includes season 20.
The strange thing is that i can't go to the farm while he can.
And i also can't enter 'defiant battlegrounds' on helm while my friend can't even see it on the map.
Is this a glitch or bug?
If so, is there a fix?
We both play on Playstation. We've tried restoring the licenses and restarting out ps4's.
What we haven't tried is reinstalling the game since that would take ages and there's no 100% success rate that we'd be able to enter season 20 missions.

10 RepliesHey there. The standard edition of Lightfall comes with the current season's pass, so if you bought it just recently, the pass will be for Season 21, not Season 20. I can see that the info on Bungie.net says it comes with Season 20 access which is unfortunate as that wording is now out of date. Despite this, the page on Bungie.net simply redirects to Playstation's store, where it says on the product page, [quote]'First-time purchases of this edition will grant access to the Season that is currently active when logging in for the first time after purchase.'[/quote]

If you bought it and then logged into the game first during Season 21, then, you'd have Season 21 unlocked, not Season 20. To access Season 20, you'd need to purchase the Annual Pass upgrade. In addition to that, just in case it matters, Season Passes are not sharable through license sharing, so if you and your friend bought Lightfall only once between you, only the account that made the purchase will be able to get the Season Pass applied.
