Ever since yesterday's emergency maintenence, I cannot rally at banners in ghosts of the deep for the first two encounters. I have not tried this on my other characters but so far it doesnt work on my warlock. It gives a small noticeable animation when I hover over the rally circle but it doesn't actually replace super and ammo, let alone put down a banner. I've been having to use ammo finders and since I am trying to do this last triumph, solo, I need to be able to rally at banners. Please help!
