Finishers causing my own death?
Has anyone else been running into an issue that when they use their finishing move they die? I've died at least 3-4 times now in total in 2 different game sessions and always says misadventure or whatever it is when you die with nothing else killing you. I dont know if its a specific finisher causing it or not. But it's always a finisher.

This has happened to me a bunch of times last week. Might have happened cause I used Conditional finality and then tried to finisher a frozen enemy, only for me to just.. explode so to speak.
