Bungie are aware of this - it also breaks your access to LFG, and some profile options.
Currently the only workarounds are to either have cross save enabled or to unlink all other accounts except the one you play using.

Is there a place to lookup known issues, I don't see anything listed about this in recent TWABs, and I don't see any pinned topics or FAQs containing an answer or solution.
