Strand Soldier Artifact Mod only gives Unraveling Rounds when initially getting Woven Mail
Considering that this hasn't been brought up that much, I'm struggling to even see if this was an oversight, or just a crappy mod that's a much weaker version of the one from last season. Unraveling Rounds will only proc on the initial Woven Mail pickup, and will not on subsequent pickups. Therefore, you must wait for Woven Mail to run out before procing Woven Mail in order to get the buff again. I hope that even if this isn't a bug it will get patched as anything to help this season's atrocious Artifact.

I think this more of a balancing thing as refreshing Woven Mail would continuously give you Unraveling rounds and would most likely break PvP. PvE probably not, but for PvP it would.
